In this piece, the open 6th string repeats like the steady glow of a candle. Around it, the other notes rise and fall like shadows dancing on the walls. Imagine a pumpkin lantern sitting on a doorstep. Its carved face glowing, smiling, and maybe even winking at everyone who walks by. The music is a little mysterious, but not too scary. Just enough to make you feel the magic of the Halloween night.
